Which parts of Jersey do you service?
We service the Burlington Area which include the Marlton, Cherry Hill, Medford, Berlin, Voorhees, Moorestown, Mt.Laurel, Mt.Holly, Riverside, Collingswood and the greater areas of South Jersey. You can check out areas we service here.
Can I bring the car to you?
Yes! We are a mobile unit so and often use our home location where we can service the vehicle which is located in Marlton.
Same Day Service or Appointment?
We are appointment only but often have openings in our schedule to get your detail in!
When you come to me do I have to be there?
No, that's the beauty of being a Mobile Car Detailing unit, we are able to bring the car services to you. We will service your vehicle while at the comfort of your home, job, office or apartment. All we need is opening to your car.

How long do my seats and carpet take to dry after they have been cleaned?
Depending on the weather that day it can effect how dry process. If its hot and sunny then it will take under an hour for them to be dry. If it cold or chilly outside then it will take a longer time for them to dry. We do have a system of drying seats and upholstery, with the tools and products that we use it will be about 80% dry when we are done with the process.
Does this take out the Odor of vehicles?
This will not guaranteed that it will eliminate the Odor but at the end of every service we do add an Odor Neutralizer that help eliminate the Odor but again it is not guaranteed that it will eliminate the Odor from the car. We do offer an ozone treatment to remove deeper rooted odors!
Does this remove every stain?
Depending on how old the stain is if its recent being couple days verse several months then it most likely not going to come out 100% of the stain. We try everything of our cleaning abilities to get most of stains out of the fabric but its not always certain that all stains will come out. We will try it make it look better than it did before.
Does this service make my interior shine?
Yes! All interior of the vehicle which include all plastic, vinyl and leather will be dressed. Since we know Jersey can have hot weather, it does come with a UV protectant so it can prevent cracking or fading in the interior of your car.
What if there is spot in my seat that I want to clean?
We can do the Basic Interior Cleaning Service and add more. If you want a spot or just one seat that needs to get shampooed and clean then we can definitely do that but of course there will be an added fee to the overall cost.
How long does this service take?
This service takes between an hour- 5 hours to clean the interior of a vehicle but it can take more depending on the size of the vehicle.

How long does the protection last?
We use our wax that is applied by machine which helps enhance the shine of your paint. With that being said it can last up to 6 months depending on the type of weather or if it kept in the garage or outside.
Do you prep the paint with a clay bar?
Of course, we do, that is one of the process that we do before we apply the wax. The clay bar removes any harsh contaminants that stick to the paint. The after results would be a super smooth finish to your paint.
Will the clay bar damage my paint?
Although the clay bar that we use removed all the stubborn contamination, it is safe for even the most delicate clear coat.
Will this service make my car look good again?
We will try our best! Dozens of customers are always delighted with a wash and wax because it’s a quick and simple process to make your car look like new again. The level of protection and care we have will be better than your regular routine of washing.

What is the difference between Premium and Wash and Wax?
The Premium is difference is that it comes with a scratch and swirl remover followed by a polish by hand to remove the light scratching on the paint. It will not remove all scratching but surface scratching, so it makes the paint shine better than our wash and wax. Then apply a sealant to have a protection for 3-6 months longer lasting than wax.

What is the difference between a wax and a sealant?
A wax is still used today to provide the most shine and creating that mirror effect but at the same time providing protection. (2-4 weeks) A sealant is a higher form of wax; it seals the paint and helps protect for longer of period of time (3-6 months) while still having the most shine.
Does this service remove water spots?
Yes, with this service, it focuses on more the exterior which will safety remove water spots and polishing by hand will remove the water spots. If the water spots have been there for a while, then I recommend our paint correction to remove them.

Is it safe to clean the engine
Yes, we are not going to hose your engine down to get it clean. With a pressure washer having a fine mist of water creates pressure to remove most of the dirt and grime of your engine and at the same time with less water. It is safe with the PROPER process, so your dash doesn’t light up with all sorts of lights or cars.
The process for engine cleaning?
My process of cleaning an engine is: Inspect the engine to see any electrical components that are open and air filter or the cold air intake. Cover all electrical and cold air intake so we can keep it from being damaged. Clean with an ECO all-purpose cleaner to loosen all dirt and grime and clean with a brush. Add the topping with a dressing to make it shine.
Does all of the engine get cleaned?
Depending on the condition of the engine will depend if everything will be cleaned. If their oil leaks and all other fluids are all over the engine then it will not be completely cleaned.
Can you clean the engine bay?
We only tend to see the engine bay when are going to look under the hood, check the oil or fluids and it can be overlooked because we hardly ever see it. Since engines do get filled with dirt, grime, leaves and bugs guts, we can give your engine a thoroughly cleaning.
Does water damage the engine?
Without the proper training, skills and not being careful you can damage it. Same as the paint correction services, if you don’t have the proper training skills, you can damage the paint.
With proper steps in cleaning your engine bay, we ensure that the engine bay is properly clean. We don’t soak the engine with water but use a pressure washer to rinse and clean. At a safe distance and not flooding the engine and covering up the sensitive areas.
We have clean dozens of engines by now and we have never had a problem with the vehicle not running or having a check engine light on.
Can you come to my location just to clean the engine bay?
At the moment, we don’t offer this service as a mobile service. If you like for this to be done at your location, it will have to be paired up with our Premium Wash or or most popular our Full Interior Cleaning.
Can you clean engine leaks, oil, anti-freeze spills, or underneath the engine?
This service is more focus on the top level surface of the engine. If you have grease, oil that is underneath or too deep into the engine, we will not be able to clean it up. We do get on top of the nooks and crannies but going to deep can cause some trouble and rather not go to deep because there is many components that we don’t want to damage.
How long does it take to finish the service?
It all depends on size and condition of the engine bay. We can get most of them done in about 45 mins - 1 hour. However if we have a vehicle that is older than 2000s then we tend to steam cleaning it and it could take us longer.
Will my engine bay shine?
Yes! We will clean and dry the engine bay completely before we apply our water based dressing. The dressing would be applied to all the plastic and trim of the engine bay.
How long does my engine bay stay clean?
It all depends on the type of vehicle you have. Some cars have bigger openings than others and some has open grilles that allow dirt and debris to get into the engine. Wiping the engine bay once a month should keep it in great condition.

Do you shampoo the interior?
Yes! With our Full interior we shampoo carpets, floor mats and seats.
Can you come out to me for this service?
Yes! For this service we are able to come out to your office, job or apartment. We just need access to the vehicle, be allowed to be on property and then having enough room for us to work. Our vehicle has all the tools, products, water and electricity to get the job done.
Will my seats be soaking wet?
No! We do not soak your seats with water. With the tools and products we have, we try to remove much of the stains with applying less water. Depending on the weather with fabric material it will be close to 80% dry. If we need to speed up the process of drying.
Does this remove smoke odor from my interior?
The interior of your vehicle will look 10x better but there is two different things when it comes to making it look better and removing an odor from the interior. This service will help reduce an odor but it is not guarantee that it will be completely eliminated. With that being said, if you are looking to get the odor removed from your vehicle it will be closer to our smoke odor removal services.
Do you remove seats?
We don’t remove the seats or car seats from the interior as it does not fall in line with our insurance policy. We have the tools and products to get into the cracks and crevices below and around the seats.
Does the cleaning include the trunk?
The trunk is included in our Full Interior Cleaning but we do have customers have many items in the vehicle and they don’t want us to clean it so we skip it and they handle it on there own.
Can you clean every stain?
We have done several interiors by this point and not every time is perfect. Due to the condition of the vehicle, we can only bring it back to a certain condition. Going to hard on the fabric material will cause damage/ discolor/ fray of the material so we have limits on what we can do.
My interior is really bad. Can you handle it?
At this point, we have done hundreds of different interiors from different years, makes and models of vehicles. We are professional detailers that are equipped to handle 98% of the interiors that come to us.
